Star Wars: KotOR was awesome.
Search your feelings.
You know it to be true.
I'm not too thrilled with EA's recent releases or policies with regards to DRM. If anyone can turn KotOR into crap, it's EA. They seem to have the midas touch for turning everything into excrement.

EA doesn't own or have any control over Valve. Valve is an independent company with independent goals and fiscal management. EA simply distributed the hard copies of Valve's recent software. Before EA, Vivendi did it. Valve is owned by no other company, they own themselves.
Now that that's cleared up...
SWTOR looks good so far. Looks are not everything though, and gameplay and community will determine it. Galaxies looked great pre release, but we know how that ended. I do hope it does well though; Star Wars needs a good MMO with a big community.

Oh, I know that Rahja, EA does collaborate when it comes to hard copy distribution though. Nevertheless, when Valve was asked by Shacknews if they would ever mind being merged with EA, they stated it would be fine. They have high praise for the way EA handles it’s partnership with Valve, and so far and do not see the evil corporation that everyone else sees. Here is that link to that article.
On a side note I have some pictures of Mr. Laurie, from last year when he was on his series that is if you want to see them.
